Privacy policy

CutlistSheet is built to work without an account. We collect as little as possible and do not sell project data.

Files and inputs you use in the tool

Your cut-list inputs, CSV files, project files, photos and logo are processed in your browser. Photos and logos do not leave the browser. When you request a paid delivery file, the browser sends only the already-computed layout data to the selected CutlistSheet route; the server generates the file in memory and does not write it to storage. We do not store project inputs or uploaded files.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details and email address. We receive a payment confirmation and an anonymous customer reference. We never see your card number.

What we store

To remember what you paid for, we store an anonymous access record (plan, status, expiry or remaining uses) and a one-way keyed hash of the email address you paid with, so you can sign in on another device. We cannot turn that hash back into your email address. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider. A single strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in on this browser.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It counts page views and a few anonymous events such as starting the tool.
